Limited Warranty Policy
Hämtmat products are created to last for many years with proper care, but should any issues arise, they come with a one-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Any refund or replacement is decided upon by Hämtmat.
The one-year limited warranty for Hämtmat products does not cover damage that had been caused by normal wear and tear, for instance scratches, dents, discoloration, or odors. It also does not cover issues with gaskets and seals that become moldy, discolored, or misshapen after repeated use. Additionally, the warranty does not cover defects resulting from repairs or alterations made by anyone other than Hämtmat, improper use or care not following product instructions, improper storage, wear and tear, products that have been resold or given away, products without a receipt or proof of purchase, products not purchased through authorized Hämtmat retailers, products purchased through group buys and misplaced pieces.
To submit a warranty claim, please email support@hamtmat.us.
Claims will be reviewed within five business days, and Hämtmat may ask for the defective item to be returned. Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the sender.
