Delivery & Return Policy

At Hämtmat, we use USPS or UPS as our primary shipping methods for orders within continental US and also ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses. All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $50, and a flat rate of $5 for orders below that amount. International orders are subject to additional shipping charges. We offer refunds for products that were not up to your expectations or if there was an error on our part, within 14 days of receiving the product. Please ensure that all returned items are in their original packaging. All refunds are issued at the discretion of our customer service team and may take up to 5-7 business days to process.
