Delivery & Return Policy
At Hämtmat, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service. Our delivery and return policies are designed to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner and that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Shipping Policy:
- For orders placed within continental US, we use USPS or UPS as our primary shipping methods. We also ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
- All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days depending on availability and credit verification.
- We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $50. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of $5 will be applied to the order. International orders are subject to additional shipping charges, which will be calculated and applied at checkout.
- If your order requires special assistance, please contact our Customer Service team via email hello@hamtmat.us. Our team will be more than happy to help you out with any questions or concerns that you may have.
- Our standard shipping times are Monday through Friday; weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times.
- We also offer expedited shipping options to get you your order faster. The cost of these services will depend on the destination and the weight of the items in your order.
- Please note that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
- We cannot guarantee delivery times and that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays outside of our control. We will always keep you updated on the status of your order and will inform you if there are any delays in processing or shipping times. Additionally, we cannot be held liable for any damages or losses that may occur due to these unforeseen events.
Refund Policy:
- We hope that you are delighted with your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right we want to make it right. We offer refunds for products that were not up to your expectations or if there was an error on our part.
- If you need a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product so that we can provide a solution. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@hamtmat.us. If the product was purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact them directly for their refund process.
- We will always do our best to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. Please ensure that all returned items are in their original packaging; we may need to inspect them before issuing any refunds or exchanges.
- Refunds must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds will only be issued for items that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided (e.g. receipt or online order confirmation).
