Mexico has one of the most vibrant and diverse cultures in the world. The food here is recognized by UNESCO as some of the best on earth, with its inclusion into this list being proof enough for how great Mexico truly is!
One thing about Mexican cuisine that makes it so popular? It's spice level - both hot sauce or fresh salsa can be found at almost any meal you eat while traveling through these parts.
Local chefs love adding hot peppers or avocado leaves into their cooking methods because they know how much flavor can come out just right no matter what ingredients are being used.

Using Your Hämtmat Bento Lunch Box
- Put the lunchbox on a hard, flat surface. Hold the bento lunch box from the top with one hand and carefully remove the elastic strap with the other hand by pulling one of the rings to the side. Take off the second ring of the strap from the bento lunch box and set the strap aside.
- Take off the top lid and set it aside with the utensils that are under it.
- To open the container lid, first open the air-vent that is on the edge of the lid by pulling it up slightly. Next, holding onto the container tightly, open the lid using the raised corner on the lid.
- The bottom container has a special removable divider for convenience in portioning food. If necessary, install it with the wide side Keep in mind that the removable divider cannot create a hermetic separation, liquid from one compartment can seep into an adjacent one.
- Fill each compartment with your desired entree and sides. Do not overfill the container with food all the way to the top. The lid might not close tight because of this.
- If you plan on using a sauce jar, leave space in one of the containers for it, or take it with you separately.
- Close food containers tightly with lids, opening air-vents first. Then close them to keep the container airtight.
- Put the smaller container on top of the bigger one. Place the utensils and cover with the top-lid.
- Place the elastic strap in front of you and then put the lunch box on the strap across the middle.
Next, put one of the rings from the elastic strap onto the raised part of the top-lid with the logo. Holding the lunch box down with one hand, put the other ring onto the same raised part on the other side of the top-lid. Adjust the strap if necessary.
