Vegan Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Sour Dough Bread Slice
  • 4 Cucumber Slices
  • 4 Tomato Slices
  • 4 Bell Pepper
  • AlFALFA Sprouts
  • 1 Tbsp Brown Spicy Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Guacamole
  • 1/4 Cup Vegan Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Steps

  1. First, make the white dipping sauce by mixing together vegan mayonnaise, dijon mustard, lemon juice, and chopped dill in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Lightly toasting the sour dough bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet.
  3. While the bread is toasting, prepare the vegetables by slicing the cucumber, tomato, and bell pepper.
  4. Once the bread is toasted, apply 1 tablespoon of brown spicy mustard on one slice and 2 tablespoons of guacamole on the other slice.
  5. Place 4 slices of cucumber, 4 slices of tomato, and 4 slices of bell pepper on top of the guacamole.
  6. Sprinkle a generous amount of alfalfa sprouts on top of the vegetables.
  7. Carefully place the slice of bread with the mustard on top of the sandwich, creating a sandwich with the vegetables and alfalfa sprouts in the middle.
  8. Cut the sandwich in half and serve with the chilled white dipping sauce.
