Vegan Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Sour Dough Bread Slice
- 4 Cucumber Slices
- 4 Tomato Slices
- 4 Bell Pepper
- AlFALFA Sprouts
- 1 Tbsp Brown Spicy Mustard
- 2 Tbsp Guacamole
- 1/4 Cup Vegan Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Steps
- First, make the white dipping sauce by mixing together vegan mayonnaise, dijon mustard, lemon juice, and chopped dill in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Lightly toasting the sour dough bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet.
- While the bread is toasting, prepare the vegetables by slicing the cucumber, tomato, and bell pepper.
- Once the bread is toasted, apply 1 tablespoon of brown spicy mustard on one slice and 2 tablespoons of guacamole on the other slice.
- Place 4 slices of cucumber, 4 slices of tomato, and 4 slices of bell pepper on top of the guacamole.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of alfalfa sprouts on top of the vegetables.
- Carefully place the slice of bread with the mustard on top of the sandwich, creating a sandwich with the vegetables and alfalfa sprouts in the middle.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve with the chilled white dipping sauce.
