Chickpea Wrap Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Bowl of Cooked Chickpea
  • Spinach tortilla
  • 2 Tbsp Barbeque Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Sliced Cucumbers
  • 1/4 Cup Sliced Onion
  • Handful Of Spinach Leaves
  • Salt To Taste
  • Black Pepper

Steps

  1. Begin by heating a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave for a minute.
  2. Add 1 bowl of cooked chickpeas to the bowl.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of barbeque sauce, salt to taste and black pepper to the bowl.
  4. Mix the ingredients well and microwave the chickpea mixture for another minute.
  5. Set the chickpea mixture aside to cool.
  6. Take a spinach tortilla wrap and lay out some spinach leaves on it.
  7. Add the cooked chickpea mixture on top of the spinach leaves.
  8. Add 1/4 cup of sliced cucumbers and 1/4 cup of sliced onions on top of the chickpea mixture.
  9. Carefully wrap the tortilla around the filling, tucking in the sides as you go.
  10. Enjoy your delicious chickpea wrap.
