Chickpea Wrap Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Bowl of Cooked Chickpea
- Spinach tortilla
- 2 Tbsp Barbeque Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Sliced Cucumbers
- 1/4 Cup Sliced Onion
- Handful Of Spinach Leaves
- Salt To Taste
- Black Pepper
Steps
- Begin by heating a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave for a minute.
- Add 1 bowl of cooked chickpeas to the bowl.
- Add 2 tablespoons of barbeque sauce, salt to taste and black pepper to the bowl.
- Mix the ingredients well and microwave the chickpea mixture for another minute.
- Set the chickpea mixture aside to cool.
- Take a spinach tortilla wrap and lay out some spinach leaves on it.
- Add the cooked chickpea mixture on top of the spinach leaves.
- Add 1/4 cup of sliced cucumbers and 1/4 cup of sliced onions on top of the chickpea mixture.
- Carefully wrap the tortilla around the filling, tucking in the sides as you go.
