Chinese Chicken Noodles Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Sliced Onion
- 1/4 Cup Sliced Bell peppers
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Purple Cabbage
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Chicken
- 1/4 Cup Sliced Carrots
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 Green Chilli
- 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Soya Sauce
- Salt To Taste
- Crushed Black Pepper
- 1 Cup Cooked Noodles
Steps
- In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add 1/4 cup of sliced onion, 1/4 cup of sliced bell peppers, and 1/4 cup of shredded purple cabbage.
- Saute the vegetables for a minute or two until they start to soften.
- Add 1/4 cup of shredded chicken, 1/4 cup of sliced carrots, 1 tablespoon of garlic paste, and 1 green chili (optional, to taste) to the pan.
- Cook for another minute or two, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon of red chili sauce, 2 tablespoons of soya sauce, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Add 1 cup of cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until the noodles are well coated in the sauce.
- Cook for an additional minute or two, until the noodles are heated through.
