Chinese Chicken Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Sliced Onion
  • 1/4 Cup Sliced Bell peppers
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Purple Cabbage
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Chicken
  • 1/4 Cup Sliced Carrots
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Soya Sauce
  • Salt To Taste
  • Crushed Black Pepper
  • 1 Cup Cooked Noodles

Steps

  1. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Once the oil is hot, add 1/4 cup of sliced onion, 1/4 cup of sliced bell peppers, and 1/4 cup of shredded purple cabbage.
  3. Saute the vegetables for a minute or two until they start to soften.
  4. Add 1/4 cup of shredded chicken, 1/4 cup of sliced carrots, 1 tablespoon of garlic paste, and 1 green chili (optional, to taste) to the pan.
  5. Cook for another minute or two, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Stir in 1 tablespoon of red chili sauce, 2 tablespoons of soya sauce, and salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add 1 cup of cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until the noodles are well coated in the sauce.
  8. Cook for an additional minute or two, until the noodles are heated through.
